Vote Yes on Ohio Power Reliability

To: Sen. Koehler, Rep. Dean, Gov. DeWine

From: A constituent in Xenia, OH

February 10

As a Xenia constituent, I am writing to urge your public support and a YES vote on the Ohio Power Reliability and Fairness Act and the Responsible Water Use in Data Centers Act. My support for these bills is based on three critical needs for our district: Grid Reliability: We must prevent brownouts caused by the massive energy demands of rapid data center expansion. Water Conservation: We cannot allow our local water supplies to be depleted by industrial cooling needs. Ratepayer Protection: Oversight from PUCO is necessary to ensure data centers pay for their own infrastructure upgrades, rather than shifting costs to residential users. Please support this legislation to ensure sustainable growth that does not burden Ohio families. I look forward to hearing your position.
