Mr. Nardo, a Republican with a record of treating both parties fairly, has determined that three of Gov. Youngkin's budget vetoes are unlawful under the Virginia constitution. We in Virginia are law-abiding individuals who treasure our democracy. A failure on the part of Gov. Youngkin, the House of Delegates, or the Virginia Senate to abide by the Virginia constitution will not be tolerated.
