In reply to your response about Pam Bondi you wrote
"The road to restoring trust in the Department of Justice will not be easy, but accountability is the first step. The American people deserve a justice system that is fair, impartial, and free from political influence—and that mission is once again taking center stage under Attorney General Bondi's leadership."
I have never been disgusted so much by the gaslighting of a politician as this statement from you.
Political influence? Trump literally posts online to press charges against someone and she does it with no good reason. Cases are being dropped left and right. Judges are writing in opinions that the DoJ can no longer be given the benefit of the doubt because they are lying and claims are not based in reality. Judges, including Republican appointed, and even some Trump nominated judges are spelling it out that these are politicized indictments, especially in regards to terrorizing communities with ICE and unlawfully detaining human beings.
The percentage of cases failing to get past a grand jury has skyrocketed.
You think this brings faith and integrity back to the DoJ?
Your sycophantic, ignorant loyalty is an embarrassment.
I hope you live long enough to face accountability for the harm you've done to our democracy.
