President Biden had his faults, no argument. But he was a president for all Americans, regardless of political party. The Infrastructure bill actually gave more resources to red states than blue. Compare that to President Trump, who does his best to shaft the blue states every chance he gets. This administration absolutely does not want the best for all Americans, only those who kiss his feet. That is shameful, and those who support him in Congress are equally to blame.
