The Trump Administration has asked the Supreme Court to allow the government to make a radical federal change to mail-in voting eight weeks before the midterm elections. Trump has never provided a shred of evidence to support their claim mail-in balloting is not secure. In fact, numerous studies have proven just the opposite. Per the Constitution, elections are run by the States. They certainly are not run by political candidates or parties. Our legal system has a process to present evidence of election fraud. The Trump Administration has never provided such evidence. If the Justices allow Trump to weaponize the USPS, millions of voters will be impacted and it will be the single worst decision ever by the Supreme Court. The argument of States not having standing is a canard. In reality damage has already been done by the Trump Administration by making numerous false accusations without providing evidence. VOTE TO SECURE STATES RIGHTS AND OUR 250 YEARS NON-PARTISAN ELECTIONS. OUR VERY DEMOCRACY STANDS IN THE BALANCE.
