I’m hearing about a no-bid contract that DHS is using to try to buy G.L.O.V.E. technology for ICE agents to use — wearable electric shock technology in glove format — to add discrete and painful incentives for compliance. Please press DHS to abandon this purchase, and demand real oversight of ICE's use of force more broadly: binding limits on violent tactics, mandatory de-escalation, and public reporting of every use-of-force incident.
