The Democrats in the Texas State Legislature have just left the state of Texas to stop the undemocratic redistricting of their state. On top of leaving their families and full-time jobs for an unknown period of time, they are risking arrest and fines. They are doing everything on their power to stop Trump and Abbott from disenfranchising Texas voters. My question to you today is what are you doing to stop the Trump and GOP agenda from disenfranchising the American people and their attempts to erode our democracy? Trump has committed a large number of impeachable offenses and yet you have not called or his impeachment. You have put little effort, if any, in attempting to block his corrupt nominees. You continue to negotiate with Republicans as they continue to take away our rights, our hope of a sustainable future, and basic safety net. The Texas Republicans are trying to cheat, so the Dems stopped playing. When are you going to stop playing? We are running out of time. I request a response to this message.
