I am contacting as a constituent to ask you to say NO to S.5260 aka the Interstate Obscenity Definition Act. The wording of this bill is vague and does not do anything to effectively protect children. The bill would infringe upon constitutional, legal expression made by consenting adults. This bill would be used to censor speech and criminalize people under the guise of "obscenity". It would push communities and people underground, making them more vulnerable to abuse. Please, listen to your constituents and vote NO on S.5260, the Interstate Obscenity Definition Act.
