There have been over 300 mass shootings in this country so far this year. It's every day. I do not believe that these lives are the "price we pay" for th e second amendment. The Second amendment gives citizens the right to bear arms. It does not give the right to bear arms without any restrictions whatsoever. It does not give the right to bear arms that have the power to kill many in mere seconds. Common sense gun laws now. Close the gun show loopholes. Require background checks for all. That's not denying the second amendment; it's protecting our right to live without being gunned down.
