You MUST veto HB307. This bill does nothing to prevent the type of killing that occurred in Charlotte. There's no money appropriated for mental health. In fact, there's no money appropriated for anything in this bill. It advocates for Capital Punishment in any way possible including Firing Squad, Hanging, Electrocution, and whatever else might work. This bill is obscene.
