The regime in Iran is awful for human rights. We know that. This doesn’t mean Trump and Netanyahu can decide to bomb the country on a whim, to serve their own ends. Congress must intervene. Stop Trump escalating a war in the Middle East before countless lives both at home and abroad are lost. We can support a democratic revolution in Iran. But bombings are not the way to achieve peace and prosperity for the region. They are simply a way for violent men to enrich themselves. Stop the war in Iran before it’s too late and hold Trump accountable for his war crimes.
