Stop Inhumane Treatment at HDSP

I’m writing to you because of the horrific situation at High Desert State Prison. You seem to be doing NOTHING to make this horrible treatment of inmates any better! I know of inmates who have had heat stroke from the facility not even providing them ice or liquids. I just heard about an inmate going down from dehydration!!!! This is UNACCEPTABLE! What are you doing to stop this and keep constant oversight on this horrid management at this prison? Because I have not seen anything from you! I want to know what you are going to do to stop this! I cannot vote for representatives who ignore this inhumane treatment!
