So we have the money to change the Department of Defense to the Department of War without Congressional approval, and there's money to add Trump's name to the Kennedy Center without Congressional approval, and we have money for Trump to destroy the White House and make it into the new Mar-A-Largo, and we have money to fund Trump's weekend golf outings. But we don't have money for healthcare. Got it. My Republican senators, you do realize how bad this looks for you and your party, right? The problem is you don't care.
