Confirm President Biden’s nominees even if you have to stay in session.

November 15
The Senate must continue confirming President Biden's well-qualified judicial nominees to uphold the integrity of the federal judiciary. Leaving vacancies open would enable the next administration to reshape the courts, undermining judicial independence and the rule of law. The current Senate has successfully confirmed 214 of the President's nominees, promoting diversity and balance on the bench. However, over 30 nominees still await votes, including 5 for influential appellate courts. Obstructing these nominations would grind the judicial process to a halt. The American people deserve a fully functioning judicial system working impartially to safeguard their rights and liberties. Senators have a constitutional duty to ensure federal courts remain fully staffed with qualified, ethical jurists committed to equal justice under law.
