The administration's indifference towards wildfire prevention endangers communities and treasured natural landscapes across fire-prone states. Drastic workforce reductions hamstring the agencies tasked with safeguarding public lands, amplifying risks for residents and irreplaceable ecosystems like redwood forests and beloved recreation areas. We should vote for somebody else who will stand up for us, and is willing to stand up for responsible land stewardship and emergency preparedness to protect lives, property, and ecological heritage from preventable devastation.
