Stop Ignoring Trump’s Corruption—Do Your Job

I am writing to express my deep frustration and anger over the ongoing corruption surrounding Donald Trump—including his promotion of a cryptocurrency that appears to serve no legitimate purpose other than personal enrichment, and reports of him accepting a luxury jet from Qatar, a foreign government. Let me be clear: if any other politician had engaged in this behavior, Congress would be in a full-blown uproar. The double standard here is breathtaking and corrosive to our democracy. The normalization of this level of self-dealing and foreign influence is not just unethical—it’s dangerous. Elected officials, regardless of party, have a duty to uphold the law and protect the integrity of our institutions. Turning a blind eye to blatant grifting and foreign gifts is a dereliction of that duty. The American people are watching, and many of us are tired of seeing loyalty to a single individual take priority over loyalty to the Constitution and the rule of law. I urge you to take a public stand. Investigate these matters, speak out against this corruption, and stop treating Donald Trump like he’s above the rules that govern everyone else. If we are to have any faith in our government, this cannot go unchallenged. Enough is enough. Do your job.
