Congress, I am writing as a deeply concerned constituent to demand immediate and decisive action for the safe return of Abrego Garcia. The continued absence of Mr. Garcia is unacceptable and reflects a failure to protect the basic rights and safety of individuals under threat. I urge you, in the strongest terms, to use the full weight of your office to secure his return. This includes applying pressure through all available diplomatic, legal, and legislative channels. Your leadership is needed now more than ever. Silence and delay are not options. I and many others in our community are watching closely and expect to see meaningful, public action taken to bring Abrego Garcia home safely. Please respond with a clear outline of the steps your office is taking in this matter. I am also requesting that you take immediate action to stop Donald Trump and his administration from kidnapping and deporting other American citizens. He is in violation of orders from the Supreme Court to facilitate the return of Abrego Garcia. You all took an oath to uphold the constitution of the United States and Donald Trump has shown nothing but contempt for the constitution since he took office. You must send a loud and clear message to him that the American people will not tolerate our rights to be trampled on.
