I honestly feel that these bills that try to take back money already allocated are, at the least, intellectually dishonest (did you not pass that funding?) and, at worst, are effectively stealing taxpayer money. Money for PBS, Americorps, NSF, NIH, NEA, etc. is one of the most effective investments American can make with my tax dollars, please support the institutions that made America a leader in the free world.
