The “GENIUS” act, while pretending to regulate crypto, in actuality enables illicit uses of cryptocurrency, opens the doors to fraud, and imperils U.S. financial stability. Nor does it do anything to stop the Trump family’s appalling use of cryptocurrency (aka his “meme coins”) to funnel grift & bribe money into their bank accounts. This is unacceptable, and you must vote against this bill. Thank you for your consideration to this matter.
