I'm writing to urge you to demand that the National Climate Assessment report contributors are reinstated and allowed to develop the 2028 report without further government interference. This report is mandated by Congress, and it must be delivered accurately and on time to ensure Americans are as protected as possible from the devastating impacts of climate change. I can think of no good reason to not allow these people to do their job. The only reason I can think of is to deliver a report with Trump's agenda of not acknowledging climate change and its effects.
