The Trump administration's proposal to send convicted American citizens to foreign prisons is alarming and likely unconstitutional. This draconian policy would violate fundamental rights and undermine the rule of law. We need representatives who will firmly oppose this authoritarian overreach and defend the Constitution and civil liberties. Elected officials must take a strong stance against such misguided and harmful measures that threaten basic freedoms and democratic principles.
