My own child required accommodations for rest breaks during school due to muscle weakness and surgeries related to birth defects. Without Section 504's protections, countless students would face barriers to full participation and deny them the equal educational opportunities they deserve. I urge you to withdraw from this harmful lawsuit and uphold the rights of students with disabilities by preserving Section 504 and its implementing regulations.
