The time has come for you to rise up & encourage your colleagues on both sides of the isle to demand due process for deportees & detainees per their rights as a “person” as stated by The Constitution of the United States of America. As you have seen, the UN & ICC have been alerted to the violation of these rights, & will be investigating these matters. Not demanding the Executive Bramch abide by the Constitution will make you complicit in the eyes of the people, & possibly the law. Certainly history will show you to have sat idly by as human beings in the United States were snatched off the street by masked people claiming to be working on behalf of the government, held without due process & council, & many deported to countries unknown to them. If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem, which will indeed have consequences for you. Demand the Executive Branch produce documentation of these actions, proof due process has been given & stop further violation of person rights before it is too late.
