I am requesting in all due haste that you give the tomahawk missiles to Ukraine. Ukraine gave up its nuclear weapons in the 1990s after the collapse of the Soviet Union, which left it with the world's third-largest nuclear arsenal. In exchange for relinquishing the weapons to Russia and becoming a non-nuclear state, Ukraine received security assurances in the 1994 Budapest Memorandum from the United States, Russia, and the United Kingdom. However, Russia later breached these assurances by invading Ukraine. We need to be the beacon of light for this country.
