Todd Blanche made a public display of his fealty to Donald Trump on July 15,2026 by accidentally admitting that he is “the President’s Lawyer” He then obfuscated his answer with additional nonsense, as is to be expected. Despite the many very clear reasons he should not be appointed by Congress to be the Attorney General, Todd Blanche is certain that he will remain at his post. On the same day, Todd Blanche enacted the first-ever petition for the secret removal of someone living in this country based on The Alien Terrorist Removal Court, a 5-judge panel that has been dormant since 1996. Judge Joan Erickson, the presiding judge selected by Chief Justice Roberts, requested more information from the Department of Justice, noting that no sworn testimony was taken at the proceeding. Todd Blanche refuses to provide judicial oversight for the 50+ killings by ICE agents despite the blatant unconstitutional detainment of thousands of individuals without due process. He refuses to abide by the newly enacted Epstein Transparency Law. Yet he has the audacity to enact an obscure law that no other Attorney General ever chose to use in the thirty years of its existence! Todd Blanche must be removed as acting Attorney General. Congress must decide to defend the Constitution by investigating the legality of the NSPM-7, the Alien Terrorist Removal Court, and the unlawful actions currently being perpetuated by ICE, the FBI, and DOJ under this corrupt administration. To vote for Todd Blanche is to be complicit to the destruction of the Constitutional rights of American citizens and legal American guests who have a right to Habeas Corpus.
