Constituent Request: Vote NO on Casey Means Nomination

To: Sen. Scott, Sen. Moody

From: A constituent in Niceville, FL

February 25

I am a resident of Orlando. I voted for you because I trusted your judgment and your commitment to protecting the people of Florida. I am writing today to express my serious concern about the nomination of Casey Means as U.S. Surgeon General. This position demands unquestionable scientific credibility, deep medical expertise, and the respect of the medical and scientific community. This should never be about politics. It is about protecting the health and safety of the American public. Appointing someone whose background raises serious questions about their qualifications risks undermining public trust in our health institutions at a time when trust is already fragile. Your decision on this matter will determine whether you continue to have my confidence and support as a voter. I urge you to demonstrate your commitment to science, medical integrity, and the people you represent by opposing this nomination. Floridians deserve leadership that reflects seriousness, expertise, and responsibility.
