Senator Schiff, By approving this budget, you are complicit with the cuts that Trump has egregiously done and you are telling me as a voter, that you do not have the teeth necessary to lead at this critical moment in history. It also tells me you are all talk and no action. We need new ideas, and falling back on “we don’t want to be blamed” is ridiculous.
