Not satisfied with Mike Johnson's end run around her previous bill that was in effect a trans bathroom ban, she has now introduced a wide-ranging federal bathroom ban that would ban trans people from bathrooms at National and Dulles airports, national park bathrooms, museum bathrooms, and all federal building bathrooms. You MUST. SAY. NO. You must stand up for the human rights and dignity of all people, including trans people. I do not care if the idea of trans people bothers you. They are your constituents. They are your neighbors, they might even be friends or family. Nancy Mace is promoting hatred and bigotry and is creating a permission structure for the average American to also discriminate against trans people, or worse, commit violence against them. When is this going to stop? LGBTQ people? Black people? We've already legislated women into 2d class citizens in a huge portion of this country. Get off your behinds and STAND UP FOR SOMETHING. I am exhausted. I cannot do this for four more years with legislators who never pitch a fit about these things. Bunches of y'all need to be doing that. It's the only way to get the media's attention & the attention of ordinary Americans who like me find this bigotry offensive.
