While the bill has some great ideas like limiting ad tracking for minors and requiring prominent notices for “AI” chatbots presented to minors, it would inevitably entail invasive age verification in the form of ID uploads, and Republican governments and Big Tech corporations like Palantir absolutely can’t be trusted with that level of control and personal knowledge.
