Climate scientists got the basic outlines and the numbers right decades in advance — and the response from this administration has been to sideline them. The pattern goes beyond climate. RFK Jr.'s health department is hunting for a vaccine-autism link that study after study has already ruled out. When the military fails against Iranian drones, the answer offered is testosterone shots. This is not governance — it is a deliberate rejection of cause and effect. Fossil fuel interests with enormous influence in the current administration are driving policy that the evidence has already condemned. I need you to push back on this, loudly and on the record. Defend the scientists, the economists, and the analysts whose job is to tell us what is actually true. Demand that climate data, public health research, and military analysis inform policy rather than get buried by it. The cost of ignoring expertise is measured in lives and in cities threatened by fire. That cost is going to keep rising.
