Due Process & Return to US Necessary for Arrego Garcia
To: Justices Court
From: A constituent in Reston, VA
April 7
The United States government must uphold due process rights and correct any errors made in immigration proceedings. Given that the Supreme Court has temporarily blocked the order to return Arrego Garcia after his erroneous deportation to El Salvador, it is imperative that this mistake be rectified. Deporting individuals without proper due process violates constitutional protections and undermines the integrity of the immigration system. The government has an obligation to bring Arrego Garcia back to the United States, where he can pursue all available legal avenues to address his case fairly and transparently. Unlawful deportations cannot be allowed to stand, as they undermine faith in the judicial system.
