CHECKS. AND. BALANCES. Do you or do you not believe in the rule of law? Do you or do you not, believe that government should follow laws? Are you, or are you not, a member of Congress with the responsibility to be a check and balance to the executive branch? The executive branch has chosen to ignore rulings from the supreme court of this nation. Why are you letting this happen?
