Make DHS accountable. - No funding for dhs without significant reforms -Independent investigations into the murders - Withdraw ICE from Minnesota & Maine - no other mass deployments - No masks, , mandatory webcams with results available to the public, armed only as a on-the-beat policeman might be armed, not as a soldier - No stops without a warrant or probable cause ; no stops at courthouses - Due process for anyone detained - DHS funding to be renewed only in 60 day increments to ensure compliance - DHS cannot draw on funds from any other appropriations bill
