Rename Cesar E Chavez to Diego F Chara Blvd. He is turning 39 this year and is the most beloved Timbers soccer player, along with being one of the most revered MLS players of all time. I feel the timing has aligned to be the perfect storm to finally give this legend his due. PTFC!!
