Many of us count on you to safeguard the rule of law and ensure that Colorado does not yield to any federal demands or directives that conflict with our state’s Constitution, our people’s rights, or our collective moral compass. This is a moment that calls for courage and unity. I urge you to continue working with other state leaders, regardless of party affiliation, to preserve the autonomy of Colorado’s institutions and to keep our government transparent, accountable, and responsive to its residents—not to political expediency.
