I am asking that you step up to stop the wasteful military parade for Trump's birthday. Instead, stand for fulfilling grants that have been cancelled for research for heart defects in infants. UW research into Alzheimer's disease. Instead push to rehire needed workers at the FAA who make out skies safer for commerce and humans. Push to rehire National Park workers so we may all enjoy our beautiful parks, despite income levels. If we want to really cut wasteful spending, and we aren't just paying lip service, then start by cutting this parade that only serves to boost the ego of a fool.
