The United States is not a Christian nation. We have separation of church and state for a reason: we have the freedom to practice whatever religion we want, or to not practice any religion at all. We are not a country that should allow our taxpayer money to fund an evangelical worship event on government grounds. The American people are not pawns. We are human beings with the ability to think for ourselves. We will not be forced to practice any one religion. We will never accept that some people are better than others and we will not be required to defer to our so-called "leaders". Republicans in Congress: We already know you refuse to uphold your oaths to the Constitution. We will hold you responsible for breaking your oaths and attempting to impose minority rule on our country. Not to mention Trump reading Bible passages is the real kicker. This disgraceful man has broken every one of the Ten Commandments. The hypocrisy in the Republican party is appalling and it is not lost on the majority of Americans that there is a clear double standard when it comes to Trump. The American people will not stand for imposing right wing extremism on us.
