I’m writing to express my outrage at the Trump tariffs making everyday essentials more expensive for American families like mine. These UNNECESSARY tariffs disrupt the supply chain, raise costs for businesses (small businesses more-so) and will put hundreds of thousands of jobs at risk. In addition, this ridiculous trade war has resulted in a disastrous financial impact to the US economy, global economy and personally my 401k already and it’s been less than 48 hours! Congress needs to re-claim their authority to block Trump’s use of emergency powers to force tariffs that have already, and will continue to cause irreparable damage to American lives and the economy.
