In 1970 I took an oath to defend the US Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic. You also have taken a similar oath. Now President Trump has issued an illegal executive order attempting to end birthright citizenship in direct violation of the 14th Amendment. THIS MUST NOT STAND! While the courts will play a role, so must Congress. Please introduce and support a congressional resolution to condemn Trump’s violation of our Comstitution. And please make clear publicly your opposition. Thank you.
