congress I'm writing to urge my representative to take immediate steps to ensure that FEMA funds previously appropriated by Congress are disbursed to all states without delay and that the BRIC program is fully reinstated. It is unacceptable that funds for at least 19 states have been withheld since early February, despite court orders. Withholding FEMA funds and cancelling BRIC leaves Americans in harm's way. This funding is for the betterment of the people of the country and shouldn’t be held hostage by one’s personal beliefs.
