I wrote to you on 21 May 2025 regarding my strong opposition to any Medicaid cuts. You have stated numerous times you oppose Medicaid cuts, however, what you have not stated is the “tinkering” with work rules that would remove people from Medicaid. Able bodied persons on Medicaid are already working, this is not ‘waste or fraud’ and if it were, as a Senator, you would have already had investigations on this matter and resolved it. We all know that undocumented persons cannot receive coverage with federal dollars so that is a non issue. My question remains – will you oppose any cuts to Medicaid or ANY action that removes persons from coverage by Medicaid? I want an answer – without delay please.
