State Sec. Rubio: "Imagine if instead of spending billions on weapons, Iran spent that money on its people. They'd have a much different country." I swear that man was so close to the point- any closer and he’d have tripped on it. But alas, no. It must be spelled out. Replace Iran with the United States of America, and we *might* be great again. Just saying.
