Investigate DOJ's Anti-Weaponization Fund and Enforce Tax Audit Accountability
To: Sen. Lee, Sen. Curtis, Rep. Moore
From: A verified voter in Logan, UT
June 11
Pass legislation to shut down the $1.776 billion Anti-Weaponization Fund and hold the DOJ accountable for its deception. Acting AG Todd Blanche publicly said "we are not moving forward with the fund," yet DOJ lawyers refused to put that in writing even when ordered by federal Judge Richard Leon. That is obstruction dressed up as bureaucracy, and Congress needs to act now.
The emoluments violations and the deliberate shielding of Trump family finances from standard IRS audit processes demand a serious congressional investigation. No ordinary American gets to dodge financial scrutiny — and anyone working this hard to block oversight is telling you exactly what they're hiding. Senators Tillis, Curtis, and Cassidy have already shown this is a bipartisan concern. Use that momentum. Subpoena the records, mandate the audits, and pass enforceable penalties for emoluments violations that have teeth.
