I am writing to you as a concerned North Carolina taxpayer, citizen, and voter living in Yancey County. Although I am not one of your constituents, I felt compelled to reach out regarding HB 1232. I am deeply concerned that your personal religious views are clouding your professional judgment. While I respect your personal stance on being pro-life, I strongly oppose legislation that seeks to control and oppress women, families, and healthcare p roviders. o be increasingly extreme. I find your party’s current policies regarding women and children t I urge you to focus on positive initiatives for the state of North Carolina rather than pushing religious beliefs through legislation.
