How did we get here? Why are the names of assassinated presidents being tossed away? The Kennedy Center was named after John F. Kennedy, in the wake of his assassination. It is insulting to all Americans to cast aside his legacy and his memory. Furthermore, US coins include pictures of deceased, former presidents. We are not a monarchy and our money should NEVER included the likenesses of current administrations. Never before, in the history of this country, have living presidents been so egomaniacal that they renamed buildings for themselves, put their name on currency, and demolished the People's House to create their own castle. What's next? Is he going to rename the Capitol City from Washington DC to Trumpland? Is he going to replace Lincoln's image in Mount Rushmore with his own likeness? Enough is enough! The Constitution included checks and balances for exactly this scenario. STOP THE MADNESS. Restore American values. Reign this narcissism in, or America will do it for you next November.
