Is the Supreme Court losing power? Is the Judicial Branch?

The Supreme Court must remember that its legitimacy comes not from tradition, but from justice. You are not here to serve the presidency. You are not here to preserve the status quo. You are here to uphold a document known as the US constitution. I urge you all to study this document. america. I urge you all to consider this court is supposed to ensure checks and balances, ensure the integrity of the democratic republic of the united states of If this Court cannot stand for liberty, equality, and dignity, then it has failed its purpose. If this courts members answers to corporations, donors, and not We The People and the Constitution, then it has failed. we will not forget who you protected. Let the record show: the people remember the decisions you make—and Just following orders or just turning a blind eye to corruption is not just inhumane, it is unjust and unforgivable. Be brave. Be human. Be just. It is not too late for some of you to redeem yourselves in the eyes of the American people. Discuss these things with each other. Argue from bipartisan perspectives. The country looks to you to stop overreach, and judicial powers are protected by the constitution. Usurping power from the courts to the executive branch, the house, or the senate, is unconstitutional. The Budget Bill is concerning, it seeks to strip your court and the rest of the courts of their powers.
