The reflecting pool is a perfect example of this administration's incompetence. First Trump picks something he thinks is a problem, then he decides what he wants to do about it without benefit of discussing it with experts, then he ensures a no-bid contract (with no oversight) is given to someone with an 'in' to him, they do the work, and then it all goes wrong, and he blames the democrats (or the press, or some other scapegoat). We are left with a huge bill for shoddy work - money that could have actually helped the citizens of this country. If you want to look for fraud, look no farther.
