H.R. 9390, the Prices on the Wall Act of 2026, would require those facilities to post the cash price for every CMS-designated "shoppable service" in visible areas starting January 1, 2028. Shoppable services are procedures that can be scheduled in advance, things like MRIs, lab work, and outpatient surgeries. Lets keep facilities accountable and post this bill! The price shouldn't change depending on whos asking for it. Hospital CEOs are millionaires while the rest of Americans are on gofundme to pay medical bills. It must end, and that starts with accountability.
