Three things. First, the ICE agent who killed an unarmed woman for no apparent reason needs to be arrested and charged just like anyone else would be. I understand he left the scene after the shooting, which suggests he knows he did wrong. I don't know if his issue is that he was poorly trained and panicked, or if his training encouraged this sort of behavior. Either way we need to shed light on that. Second, as soon as we flip the House, we need to ABOLISH ICE. These goons are out of control. The whole agency needs to be scrapped, to protect the people and our Constitutional rights. Enough with wimpy Democrats like McLean-Delaney trying to get along with the fascists. We don't need to make nice with people who aren't operating in good faith, we need to defeat them. They will never do the right thing unless they're forced to. Which brings me to #3. Why is there no law enforcement at the highest levels of government? When a poor man robs a liquor store we put him in prison, but when Trump and his cronies commit crimes, where are the federal marshals? What good are they? Why are my tax dollars paying their salaries? Thank you for staying strong. I'm glad I live in a blue state and district and can be proud of my representation.
