I am writing to demand that Congress fulfill its constitutional responsibility to impeach and remove Supreme Court Justices who have engaged in corruption, ethical misconduct, or abuses of public trust, namely, Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts. The American people are expected to follow the law, disclose conflicts of interest, and face consequences when they violate ethical standards. Yet many Americans have watched with growing outrage as serious allegations involving members of the Supreme Court have been met with delay, excuses, and a lack of meaningful accountability. No public official, regardless of position, should be above scrutiny or consequences. The Supreme Court derives its legitimacy from public confidence in its integrity and impartiality. When Justices accept undisclosed gifts, maintain inappropriate relationships with wealthy benefactors, fail to recuse themselves from cases involving conflicts of interest, or otherwise create the appearance that justice is influenced by personal or financial considerations, that legitimacy is severely damaged. Every failure to address these concerns deepens public distrust in one of the nation's most important institutions. Congress possesses both the authority and the obligation to act when credible evidence suggests that a Justice has violated the public trust. Impeachment is not a radical measure; it is a constitutional safeguard designed specifically for moments when officials entrusted with immense power abuse that trust. Refusing to use that authority when circumstances warrant sends a dangerous message that some government officials operate under a different set of rules than everyone else. I am tired of watching ethical scandals generate headlines while accountability never arrives. I am tired of hearing that the integrity of our institutions matters while Congress declines to take meaningful action to protect them. The continued perception that powerful individuals can evade consequences undermines faith in the rule of law and weakens our democracy. I urge Congress to conduct thorough investigations into the clear corruption and ethical misconduct involving Supreme Court Justices and to pursue impeachment and removal proceedings immediately. The American people deserve a judiciary that is independent, ethical, and worthy of public trust. History will judge whether Congress chose to defend the integrity of the Court or stand by while confidence in it continued to erode. I urge you to act. Fuck Trump. Save Democracy.
